Daniel, former CEO of a $150m UK jewelry chain, then lover of residential real estate, moved to the US in 2015. Since his arrival on these shores, he’s developed a diverse and in-depth understanding of the market by dealing in 9 states, working in rentals, fix and flips and new construction. With experience in houses and apartments from $50k to over $4m, and having sold around 200 doors in his career, he’s now refined his skills to follow a passion for bringing higher-end design to more homeowners. His long-term thinking and action-orientated nature have been vital in leading the creation of amazing homes for over a decade. Daniel’s eye for detail is key, from first choosing the lot, to designing the home’s finest details, and finally to making sure it sells.

Over his 30 years in the fitness industry, Henry owned and ran gyms, developing and flipping over 55 studios for new owners. He coached everyone from newbies to national, title-winning boxers, and his talent for making sure people feel truly seen promises that Brownstone forms enduring partnerships. Those relationships, coupled with Henry’s love of systems and procedures, result in higher quality work, and have helped turn Brownstone into a well-oiled machine.

Zach, Carla and Sarah are Brownstone’s Powerhouse. Zach’s experience of managing up to 30 projects at once makes him the perfect Project Director & GC to steer Daniel’s vision into concrete application. Carla’s 30 years of experience in the mortgage world, plus her level head, keep the rest of the team in check, making her the ideal Director of Operations, with a major focus on finances and systems. Sarah’s role as Design & Procurement Maestro results in an almost unrivaled attention to detail in the design and selection of our creations, and slick delivery and installation throughout the build process.
